The Senior System Manager has the objective to own, develop and ensure the quality of ISCC Academy’s digital learning, blended learning, and online event formats. The role aligns all offerings in a quality-assured, didactically sound, and operationally reliable environment, while enabling scalable and learner-centred training solutions for international professional audiences.

Your main duties will be:
Digital, Blended & Online Learning Ownership
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital, blended, and on-demand learning formats (concept, implementation, documentation, evaluation)
- Develop and implement practical learning concepts suitable for professional adult learners in line with strategic priorities
- Coordinate content creation with subject-matter experts, ensuring didactic clarity and feasibility
- Direct the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous learning formats, ensuring consistent quality and learner experience
- Proactively identify opportunities for scalability, standardisation, and continuous improvement
- Manage and optimize LMS and related state of the art learning technologies and AI features
- Act as quality gatekeeper for ISCC Academy’s offerings that comply with ISCC certification requirements, auditor expectations, and internal quality standards
- Translate customer feedback into learning objectives, updated course structures, and documentation
- Ensure professional documentation of learning objectives, participation, and evaluation within e.g. the LMS
- Ensure reliable delivery of all digital courses and online events
- Maintain clear SOPs for digital learning and online event workflows
- Define and monitor KPIs, evaluating training impact, and derive evidence-based improvements
- Continuously challenge and improve learning architecture, platforms, and learner journeys through data-driven decision-making and user feedback as well as industry best practises
- Serve as the primary expert for digital learning technologies and pedagogical approaches, mentoring colleagues and guiding quality improvement efforts across all formats
