The (Senior) HR Manager – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition has the objective to oversee and manage the end-to-end hiring process, drive the growth of our group of sister companies by standardizing and optimizing current internal processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiment journey. Your main duties will be:

Your main duties will be:
- You see yourself as a sparring partner in recruiting and talent search and accompany our specialist departments from the search and approach of potential candidates all throughout the hiring process
- You are responsible for the creation of action plans and further development of the recruiting strategy in close coordination with the Head of People & Culture
- You will create and analyse recruiting/staff growth-specific key figures and deriving suitable measures for continuous improvement
- You are responsible for multi-channel recruiting - job advertisements, active sourcing, cooperation with recruitment agencies
- You will support with the utilisation of employer branding activities, e.g. job fairs, recruitment agencies
- You actively manage and shape the internal and external selection processes, both online and in person
- You act as the first point of contact for applicants and interested parties who contact our company for their professional future
- You are responsible for addressing talents individually and in a target group-oriented manner in active sourcing
- You will oversee the systemical development of the internal Talentpool and Database
- You will collaborate on overarching HR projects
- Adaptation and best representation of our corporate culture and values as an authentic figurehead for the company
