Your tasks
 
  • Strategic Leadership:
     Develop and implement a security strategy aligned with business goals, leveraging external advisors for industry best practices and insights.
  • Policy and Compliance:
     Assist in creating and enforcing security policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and establishing a governance framework in collaboration with external experts.
  • Risk Management:
     Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks; develop and manage incident response plans with guidance from external specialists.
  • Security Operations:
     Oversee daily security operations, manage key security technologies, and lead cybersecurity training for staff.
  • Vendor and Incident Management:
     Manage relationships with third-party vendors to ensure security standards, and coordinate responses to security incidents.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, with some experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred.
  • Excellent language skills in both English and German (at least C1) is essential
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external advisors and integrate their expertise into the company’s security strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
