At ISCC we are a close team of highly motivated, supportive and committed young professionals with a multitude of backgrounds.
Due to the continued growth, we are looking for at least one more student assistant to support our ISCC Academy & Events Team. If you feel we are a fit, we are looking forward to welcoming you in our team at the ISCC head office in Cologne.
- You will support the team in preparing our ISCC Academy trainings & webinars as well as ISCC Events
- You will be responsible for participant management and guide participants through the online registration process
- You will be in close contact with our international participants and business partners to answer questions about the different event formats we offer and assist with the registration process
- You will help with general office tasks such as correspondence, database maintenance etc. to follow up on the events and gather feedback
- You will take over own small projects within the team (internal events or other)
- You will help to research, develop and update documents and presentations
